2023 Project Projections & Highlight: Eagle Point & Miramar

Since 2015, Seabee Construction has been managing large-scale construction projects on a national level. Directed by our strong values, our in-depth industry knowledge guides us toward success time and time again. Here’s an update on some of our biggest projects for the upcoming year.

Eagle Point National Cemetary

Located just east of Eagle Point, Jackson County, Oregon, sits a nearly 50-acre national graveyard. Having opened in 1952 to service the nearby veterans’ facility in White City, Oregon, the land holds a rich history that honors our country’s finest. 

Seabee Construction is privileged to participate in an expansion project on the cemetery grounds. In conjunction with TGC Structural, our team’s scope includes the addition of columbariums on cemetery grounds, as well as other structural and engineering needs. With a projected close date in Q2 of this year, we look forward to honoring those who have fallen through our contribution.

 Miramar National Cemetary

Seabee Construction is also proud to have construction underway at San Diego’s Miramar National Cemetery, a federal military cemetery located in the northwest corner of the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar at Camp Elliott.

Federal offices put out a bid to develop nearly 20 acres of undeveloped land to provide approximately 27,000 gravesites. The request also included new burial sections, including related infrastructure, a new Honor Guard Building, an addition to the Administrative Building, Maintenance Warehouse renovation, and other repairs. Alongside S3, the Seabee crew is steadily working at the completion of the site’s Administrative Building, as well as other construction needs. We project a Q4 completion for this particular project.

As supply chains are replenishing and we return to a somewhat normal business flow, Seabee Construction is eager to continue its focus on managing similar projects with exemplary service from start to finish.
